We oversee every step of the process, from cultivation to pressing and finally bottling. We grow our own olive trees on the fertile lands of Kfeir El Zeit, following environmentally friendly farming practices.
After cold pressing, the oil undergoes a natural separation process where water and solids are gently removed without chemicals or heat. This allows KANZ olive oil to retain its rich nutrients, authentic flavor, and natural clarity — just as nature intended.
KANZ is the proud legacy of four generations of olive oil producers from Kfeir El Zeit, Lebanon. Since 2006, Jean and Robert Daniel Saad have combined centuries-old family know-how with modern techniques to create extra virgin olive oil that honors the past while embracing the future.
